New Moon Movie

"When you can live forever, what do you live for?"

The day after the US release of Twilight, 22nd November 2008,Summit
Entertainment was able to announce that they will be going ahead to film
New Moon.

However, on 7th December, due to a timing issue, Summit also announced
that Twilight director,Catherine Hardwicke, will not be directing New Moon.
She was replaced by Chris Weitz, director of ‘The Golden Compass’.
Summit also stated that although Weitz will direct New Moon, he will not
direct the third film, Eclipse.
